Joe's JOLT! - Learners

Reading Carol Dweck’s Mindset, and this from political theorist Benjamin Barber: “I don’t divide the work into the weak and the strong, or the successes and the failures… I divide the world into the learners and nonlearners.”

I am at my best when I am learning. Learning new things, learning from my failures and successes, thinking and taking action. This keeps me on the path to fulfilling my true potential, which I think is unattainable, but staying the course is molding me into the man that I need to become.
